ABOUT US
In 2016, we purchased a beautiful piece of raw land in the Quiet Corner of Connecticut. Together we built a barn, greenhouse and everything we needed to start a small farm, the land provided the rest - fertile soil with which to grow delicious food!

We grow a diverse range of certified organic vegetables, herbs and fruits with an emphasis on Japanese varieties. We take care of the land and its many inhabitants, under and above ground, while producing the most nutritious and high quality produce!
WHAT IS NO-TILL?
The closest thing to tilling on our farm is digging potatoes and pulling out carrots. Other than that we disturb our soil as little as possible and let earthworms do the tilling! This preserves the structure of the soil and protects the complex web of micro-organisms, fungi and other critters that keep our soil healthy and make our vegetables thrive.
