FULL-TIME POSITION (2 positions for 2023)

April - November

5 days a week

Summer - 7am start until 4pm (about 42hrs/wk)

Spring & Fall - 8am or 9am start until 4pm

$15-$18/hr depending on experience
-
Possible raise after 2-3 month review

Performance based year-end bonus

Able to commute

We are actively looking for employee housing though it will likely not be available until 2024

To encourage longer-term commitment to the farm, returning workers enjoy a pay raise each year, increasing responsibilities, and other benefits including paid time off and health insurance coverage
PART-TIME POSITION (1 position for 2023)

May - October

3 days a week

Mon, Tue, Wed

REQUIREMENTS
-
Farming experience a plus but not required
-
Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
-
Hardworking and prepared to work in any weather
-
Ability to problem solve and be flexible and focused under pressure
-
Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
-
Punctuality, reliable transportation to the farm and valid driver’s license
-
Commitment to maintain our standards of high quality products while working as efficiently as possible
-
Interested in learning about no-till, small-scale, regenerative farming
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Sowing, transplanting, harvesting, bed prep, trellising, mulching
-
Making weekly compost and monitoring temperature
-
Making compost teas & extracts and applying them in the field
-
Maintaining flower & perennial areas and hedgerows
-
Managing and helping customers at the market/farmstand
