Full Season Position

April/May - November

7am-4pm in the Summer, 8/9am-4pm in the Spring and Fall

Full-Time or Part-Time

Full-Time: Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays

Part-Time: Mon-Wed with occasional Saturdays

$16-$19 / hour, dependent on experience (housing not included)

End of season performance based bonus

Must be able to commute to the farm

Returning workers receive PTO days, gear stipend, educational stipend, healthcare stipend

Summer Season Position

May/June - September/October (there is flexibility on start/end date)

REQUIREMENTS
-
Experience working with flowers and making bouquets is a big plus!

Farming experience a plus but not required
-
Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
-
Hardworking and prepared to work in any weather
-
Ability to problem solve and be flexible and focused under pressure
-
Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
-
Punctual, reliable transportation to the farm and valid driver’s license
-
Commitment to maintain our standard of high quality products while working as efficiently as possible
-
Interested in learning about no-till, small-scale, regenerative farming
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Sowing, transplanting, harvesting, bed prep, trellising, mulching
-
Making weekly compost, compost teas and extracts
-
Helping out at markets (register, restocking, setting/packing up)

C.R.A.F.T. (Collaborative Regional Alliance for Farmer Training) membership with the opportunity to visit regional farms throughout the season
